This page explains what happens to your data when you visit pixelgrammar.com, send us an enquiry or talk to PX, our AI assistant. In short: we collect only what you send through the contact form, the website keeps no record of PX conversations, and our analytics work without cookies.
Who is responsible
Pixelgrammar Lda operates this website and is responsible for the personal data described on this page.
Pixelgrammar LdaRua de Diu 414

Contact form
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in and your message, together with your confirmation that we may use these details to reply.
The enquiry is delivered as an email, through Google’s Gmail service, to our studio mailbox ai@pixelgrammar.com. We use it only to answer you and to follow up on your request. It does not subscribe you to any newsletter or marketing list, and the website does not keep a copy in a database or customer system.
Enquiry emails are kept in the mailbox for up to 24 months after our last exchange and are then deleted, unless a project follows and the correspondence becomes part of its records.
PX, our AI assistant
PX answers questions about Pixelgrammar. The messages you type are sent to Vercel AI Gateway, which passes them to the AI model provider that generates the reply, currently a model from OpenAI. We update this page when the provider changes. Each request includes only the recent messages of the current conversation.
The website does not store your conversation. The history exists only in your browser while the page is open and disappears when you leave or start a new chat. Vercel and the model provider handle your messages under their own privacy policies (Vercel privacy policy; OpenAI privacy policy). The provider may keep API requests for a limited period for abuse monitoring, in line with its policy.
Please keep personal details, passwords and confidential information out of the chat. To discuss a project, use the contact form or email us.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It counts page views and a small number of events, without cookies and without a persistent identifier for you or your device. The events are:
- enquiry_sent: the contact form confirmed delivery of an enquiry, with the service you chose.
- enquiry_draft: the form opened a draft in your email app instead of sending, with the service you chose.
- px_opened: PX was opened.
- px_message_sent: a message was sent to PX.
Your name, email address, company and the text of your enquiry or chat are never part of these events. Vercel processes the data and we see it only as aggregate statistics.
Hosting and technical data
The website is hosted by Vercel. To deliver pages and protect the site, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and applies request limits per IP address to the contact form and to PX. We do not use this data to identify you. The website sets no cookies of its own.
Vercel, Google and the AI model provider are international companies, so some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, these providers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses included in their data processing terms.
Your rights
We process this data to answer your enquiries and to run and protect the website. Legal basis: your consent for the contact form and for the PX assistant, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us; and our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the website, which covers the request limits and the cookie-free analytics.
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing ai@pixelgrammar.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
Changes
We will update this page whenever the way the website handles data changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
